Bio
Our Story
We set up the company after working directly for design and build mechanical/MEP contractors for over 14 years. Carrying out sales/estimating/design/project management/commissioning - from conception to birth and grave.

Since 2000, I’ve been providing professional building services consulting services to clients across the UK.
​

Coming from a design and build contractor bases we have diverged to working for Consultants and Local Councils.
​

Over the last 20 plus years we have covered most types of works/buildings/services:

Performance specification, Detailed design to tender or installation, Site installation survey, Site management to hand over, RIBA stage 1-7.
